Job title: Supply Chain Material Program Manager

About the Role The Supplier Program Manager oversees outsourced buyer operations and serves as the primary point of contact for supplier delivery and back-end procurement escalations supporting Intel ATM ramp activities in the APAC region. This role manages and executes specialized supply chain programs to meet defined business objectives, coordinating with internal teams, managing project schedules, identifying resource needs, and communicating risks and decisions clearly.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to align on program goals, schedules, and dependencies.
  • Manage project schedules and dependencies, identify resource needs, and track program health through quality and timeline indicators.
  • Own supplier procurement operations from forecast through delivery, including supplier RFQ requests and master data setup to enable capital and supporting items procurement in Intel systems.
  • Oversee outsourced buyer team on PO placement and change management for capital equipment and supporting items across multiple supplier accounts.
  • Manage supplier capacity to meet site ramp requirements and ensure the stability of Intel manufacturing operations.
  • Monitor supplier performance against delivery, quality, and ramp KPIs; engage with suppliers as needed and provide first level escalation support for APAC site stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across multiple teams in different time zones and regions; advanced English fluency is required.

What We're Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field with 5 years of procurement or supply chain management experience; Master’s degree with 3 years of procurement or supply chain management experience.
  • Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication.
  • 3+ years experience with SAP or other procurement management systems.
  • 2+ years supplier management or commercial negotiation strategy.
  • Advanced knowledge of supply chain fundamentals, market dynamics, and risk mitigation strategies.
