About the Role Uline is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize supply chain operations at our Plainfield, CT facility. This role focuses on driving operational efficiency, inventory management, and coordination with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely product availability.
What You'll Do
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain activities across planning, sourcing, production, and distribution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
- Manage vendor relationships, performance metrics, and inventory planning to ensure on-time delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in supply chain management and team leadership.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and data-driven decision making.
Nice to Have
- Experience in 3PL/logistics or at Uline or similar distribution environments.
- Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
