About the Role Get ready to Own people impact as a Supply Chain Manager at Nutreco. The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for the Supply Chain process at the Operating Company level and coordinates the OpCo’s logistics, warehousing, material management, and distribution to meet the business requirements. This role partners with leaders to shape organisational capability, talent, and performance across the business.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the Supply Chain planning and forecasting process, aligning the various supply chain plans and maintaining structured planning processes and tools; organize meetings, minutes, action tracking; align with Nutreco standards.
  • Oversee logistics activities required for timely and efficient transportation and warehousing of incoming and outgoing materials and distribution of products.
  • Lead long-term capacity planning of raw material supply based on sales and forecasting in close cooperation with Commercial, Purchasing and Operations to support long-term planning.
  • Maintain KPI’s such as forecast accuracy, forecast bias, OTIF and stock levels (working capital), including supplier performance evaluation.
  • Provide leadership: set objectives, review performance, coach, develop planners; foster a culture of collaboration to improve supply chain processes and performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement: identify best practices, implement control systems, drive efficiency; initiate root cause analysis and sustainable problem solving; manage improvement projects.
  • Ensure Quality / HSE compliance: ensure activities align with HSE / Quality rules and promote awareness.
  • Lead and oversee all export and import operations across geographies, ensuring end-to-end compliance with customs, trade regulations, and company policies; coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to optimize cost, service levels and risk management across international trade activities.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong leadership with experience in managing and coordinating OpCo logistics and supply chain functions including acquisition, warehousing, material management, and distribution.
  • Ability to balance demand and supply with production capabilities and contribute to IBP processes.
  • Stakeholder management and collaboration across Commercial, Purchasing, and Operations.
  • Proven track record in KPI design and performance evaluation, data-driven decision making, and problem solving (root cause analysis).
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and people development skills.
