Supply Chain Manager

Hi! This is the Flipper team. We are the creators of Flipper Zero — a portable device for tech enthusiasts and engineers. It’s a gadget with an awesome community that brings together millions of people around the world. We're building new products:

• Flipper One — a full-featured ARM-based computer running Linux in a compact form factor, powered by the Rockchip RK3576 SoC.

• BUSY Bar — a smart productivity multi-tool that helps users stay focused and minimize distractions.

We're looking for a Supply Chain Manager to coordinate component procurement, supplier deliveries, and logistics for our electronics manufacturing operations in China, ensuring that production has the materials it needs on time.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor the availability of key electronic components based on production schedules and weekly, monthly, and annual demand forecasts

• Coordinate with suppliers and factories to manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure components arrive on time for production

• Manage procurement of equipment and materials within China and internationally, including supplier negotiations and delivery arrangements

• Organize domestic and international shipments, preparing shipping, customs, and commercial documentation

• Coordinate supplier payments with the finance team, track customer payments, and collect the documentation required for accounting and tax reporting

• Arrange pre-shipment quality inspections to ensure goods meet the company's internal quality standards before delivery

Requirements

• Experience managing supply chain operations for electronics manufacturing, including component procurement and supplier coordination

• Solid understanding of purchasing processes, inventory planning, logistics, and international shipping documentation

• Experience working with suppliers and factories to manage orders, delivery schedules, and production material availability

• Strong negotiation and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple suppliers and deadlines

• Native-level Chinese and good spoken and written English
