Job title: Supply Chain Manager
About the Role The Supply Chain Manager will partner with Global Supply Chain and Amgen Contract & Development Manufacturing (ACDM) to deliver supply in the right product quantity to the right location at the right time, while optimizing inventory and cost within contractual terms, eliminating stock-out and scrap exposure, and improving the overall supply risk profile.
The ideal candidate combines excellent planning skills, strong supply chain operational expertise with a digital mindset, analytical thinking, and the ability to drive continuous improvement within a complex global matrix organization.
What You'll Do
- Deliver supply in the right product quantity to the right location at the right time, while optimizing inventory and cost within contractual terms.
- Eliminate stock-out and scrap exposure and improve the overall supply risk profile.
- Partner with Global Supply Chain and Amgen Contract & Development Manufacturing (ACDM) to align demand, supply and manufacturing plans.
- Leverage digital tools, analytics, and continuous improvement methodologies to drive performance in a global matrix organization.
