About the Role Swarovski Subotica is seeking a Supply Chain Management Analyst to support regional supply chain operations and help optimize end-to-end processes. This role is based in Subotica, Serbia, with a hybrid work model that combines on-site collaboration and remote work. You will contribute to delivering brilliance across the supply chain while growing your career within a global luxury brand. What You'll Do
- Analyze supply chain performance data and KPIs to identify opportunities for efficiency and cost reduction
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, demand planning and manufacturing teams to optimize inventory, transportation, and order fulfillment
- Develop and implement process improvements and best practices; support monthly planning, reporting and forecasting
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in service levels and delivery What We're Looking For
- Degree in supply chain, operations, analytics or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience with ERP/SCM tools and data visualization is a plus
- Good communication and teamwork skills; ability to collaborate across departments
- Fluency in local business language; English is a plus (if applicable) Nice to Have
- Prior experience in fashion, luxury goods or retail supply chain
