Job Overview: The Supply Chain Intern will support the supply chain team in procurement and vendor coordination activities. This role provides hands-on experience in sourcing, supplier communication, order tracking, and maintaining procurement documentation while learning how supply chains operate in the engineering industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and communicating with suppliers
- Support preparation of procurement documents and reports
- Help track orders and ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain vendor and procurement records
- Provide general support to the supply chain team
Requirements
- Fresh graduate (Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field) are encouraged to apply
- Basic MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Responsible, proactive, and eager to learn
