About the Role As a Supply Chain (Implementation) Consultant in Melbourne, you’ll help leading companies optimize planning with our smart software. You analyze planning challenges, assist in solution design, implement and validate the solution, and ensure a smooth go-live in a multinational, collaborative environment. What You'll Do
- Find clever planning solutions in collaboration with our solution architects to ensure an impeccable, high-quality implementation.
- Implement the solution from start to finish, together with the customer’s project team.
- Provide expertise during and after implementation.
- Train customers so they get the most out of their solution.
- Document the implemented solutions by providing technical descriptions to fellow consultants and functional notes to the customer.
- Regularly visit customers (about 20% of your time); you’ll remain in our team rather than being outsourced. What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience implementing, configuring, or supporting supply chain planning software solutions in complex business environments.
- Strong analytical skills; Master’s degree with a specialization in Production Management, Logistics, or similar.
- A strong affinity for IT; willingness to learn an entirely new software package.
- Basic programming skills.
- Flexibility to travel.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience in a multinational, customer-driven environment; friendly and open attitude; born team player.
- Soft skills: Communicative, Team player, Collaborative in a global context, Pragmatic, Passionate.
