About the Role

For our Ferrero HQ in Luxembourg, we are looking for a Supply Chain Digital Transformation Manager, reporting directly to the Head of Logistics Development, to help translate Ferrero's Supply Chain digital vision into scalable transformation programs and tangible business value.

This role will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Supply Chain operations by driving digital innovation, data-driven transformation, and AI adoption across core logistics domains, including Customs, Warehousing, Transportation, and Network Design.

Working at the intersection of business, operations, and technology, you will shape and orchestrate the Supply Chain digital roadmap, helping identify, prioritize, and accelerate high-impact transformation opportunities across the logistics landscape. In partnership with Supply Chain, IT, Data & AI, and external stakeholders, you will help translate operational challenges into scalable digital solutions, foster adoption of new ways of working, and contribute to building a more connected, intelligent, and data-driven Supply Chain.

Main Responsibilities

• In this role, you will act as a key enabler of Supply Chain digital transformation, helping connect business priorities, digital initiatives, and emerging technologies to create measurable value across Ferrero's global logistics network.

• Driving the Supply Chain Digital Roadmap, you will contribute to the definition, prioritization, governance, and continuous evolution of digital initiatives across key logistics domains, including Customs, Warehousing, Transportation, and Network Design.

• Working closely with Logistics Development leadership, digitalization stream owners, business stakeholders, IT, and Data & AI teams, you will help align business priorities, technology investments, and long-term transformation objectives. You will also facilitate the identification of high-impact opportunities and promote cross-functional collaboration to ensure digital initiatives support Ferrero's Supply Chain strategy.

• Orchestrating Digital & AI Transformation Across Logistics Domains, you will act as the orchestrator of Supply Chain digital transformation within Logistics Development, fostering alignment and synergies across multiple digitalization streams and logistics domains.

• Working closely with domain digitalization owners, business stakeholders, IT, Data & AI teams, and external partners, you will help connect initiatives, identify opportunities for scalability and reuse, and translate business needs into transformation opportunities that deliver measurable operational impact and business value.

• As a functional digital leader, you will champion the adoption of AI, advanced analytics, autonomous operations concepts, digital twins, and simulation tools, helping translate emerging technologies into practical business applications that enhance operational performance and decision-making.

• You will also monitor external trends, technology developments, and industry best practices, bringing innovation perspectives that help shape the future evolution of Ferrero's digital logistics capabilities.

• Supporting the evolution of the Supply Chain Control Tower, you will contribute to strengthening end-to-end visibility and enabling more proactive decision-making across logistics operations.

• Working with business and technology teams, you will support the definition of operational KPIs, performance metrics, and digital dashboards, while promoting the use of advanced analytics and AI-enabled insights to enhance monitoring, exception management, and decision-support capabilities. Through these activities, you will help accelerate the transition toward a more connected, intelligent, and data-driven Supply Chain.

• Collaborating across a global ecosystem, you will work closely with Supply Chain functions, Data & AI teams, IT partners, technology vendors, and regional operations to ensure alignment, knowledge sharing, and the successful deployment of digital initiatives across Ferrero's global network.

• You will foster strong stakeholder engagement, encourage collaboration between business and technology teams, and help embed digital capabilities into day-to-day operations.

• About You

• With a background in Supply Chain and Logistics, and 9-12 years of experience in Supply Chain transformation, digitalization, project management, logistics development, or consulting within the FMCG industry, you bring a strong understanding of Supply Chain operations and how technology can create business value.

• You have experience leading or contributing to digital transformation initiatives, governance activities, and cross-functional programs, working across business, operations, data, and technology teams. You translate operational challenges into scalable digital solutions, engaging stakeholders effectively while driving alignment across multiple transformation streams.

• You bring solid knowledge of logistics processes, such as Warehousing, Transportation, Customs, or Network Design. Exposure to AI, advanced analytics, automation, machine learning technologies, Supply Chain Control Towers, digital twins, and platforms such as Blue Yonder or Coupa will support your success in this role.

• Fluent in English and comfortable working in a multicultural environment, you combine strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. You collaborate with IT, Data & AI teams, technology partners, and external providers to deliver business-driven digital solutions.
