Perform all duties of the Supply Chain Clerk and act as backup as necessary. Act as a liaison between various business units to ensure success of customer relationship

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing staff and workload to meet or exceed productivity performance standards. Provide functional supervision to team members in the absence of Supervisor.
• May assist in the training of associates at assigned location.
• Under the direction of the supervisor, facilitates team meetings, assist with employee reviews and provide feedback, review site employee errors and trains, coaches and provides day-to-day direction and training to eliminate potential errors.
• At the direction of the supervisor, may be tasks with gathering data to support the maintenance of records including time cards/sheets, training data, etc.
