About the Role The Department of Tourism invites unemployed youth to apply for Government entry-level Supply Chain Clerk: Demand and Logistics Management. The role supports sourcing quotations, managing RFQs and RFPs, and maintaining procurement documentation and registers to ensure timely, compliant purchasing. What You'll Do
- Source quotations on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and E-portal from service providers.
- Receive and record requests for quotations (RFQs).
- Update the RFQ progress register and print invitations and RFQs for selected providers.
- Receive and update quotations on the register; evaluate quotations and compile a valuation report.
- Submit procurement documents for review and verification; record and send for internal approvals.
- Follow up with end users on procurement approvals; publish RFQ results/awards on the E-portal.
