About this role
What You Will Do
- Plant Business Partner: Act as the key supply chain contact for plants, connecting site needs with regional/global resources and driving sustainable execution improvement.
- Issue Resolution & Recovery: Lead cross-functional actions on material shortages, demand/supply gaps, capacity constraints, delivery risks, and recovery plan execution.
- Governance & Performance: Drive planning reviews, KPI tracking, issue ownership, escalation, and fact-based decision support to improve transparency and execution speed.
- Capability & Process Improvement: Identify capability gaps, define improvement roadmaps, and deploy standard processes, tools, and best practices across plants.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years in supply chain, manufacturing planning, materials management or operations strategy planning.
