Supply Chain Analyst, Supply Chain & Integration

We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join our team in Brazil, supporting the management, consolidation, and analysis of large volumes of data and KPIs related to the company’s warehouses. This role combines a strong analytical mindset with cross-functional collaboration, driving data-informed decisions that directly impact inventory operations, liquidation processes, and overall warehouse performance.

Key job responsibilities
- Manage, consolidate, and analyze large volumes of data and KPIs related to the company’s warehouses, generating actionable insights for leadership forums and strategic decision-making.
- Perform inventory, warehousing, and liquidation operations analysis, identifying root causes, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Track and support B2B sales operations, including liquidation sales, damaged goods resale, and third-party product sales.
- Support the accelerated inventory reduction and cleanup plan at the Cajamar warehouse, monitoring weekly sales and liquidation operations.
- Participate actively in weekly meetings with warehouse teams, presenting key findings, data-driven recommendations, and improvement opportunities identified through analysis.
- Partner with key stakeholders across Operations, Transportation, Sales, Seller Support, Legal, and Compliance to collect, validate, and act on data insights, ensuring alignment with company policies and standards.
- Create and maintain documentation in English describing inventory situations, identified problems, analyses, and proposed solutions, following internal templates and compliance standards.
- Map and track problems, workflows, and improvement opportunities related to inventory and warehouse operations, leveraging internal tools, databases and queries.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, Economics or other related fields
- Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
