About the Role Solves problems within a single value stream or relatively small function, with a primary focus on driving continuous improvement rather than routine transactional tasks. Uses DMAIC, PDCA, lean, and six sigma methodologies to identify problems and analyze possible solutions, and implements continuous improvements and business process changes.
What You'll Do
- Lead root cause analysis and resolution within supply chain, including delivery issues to customers, inventory accuracy, and inventory management.
- Identify, implement, and lead business tool and process enhancements (continuous process improvement) by utilizing lean tools such as kanban, 5Y (5 Whys), Plan-Do-Check-Act, Value Stream Mapping, and A3 thinking.
