We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to play a critical role in streamlining processes, enhancing performance, and supporting a dynamic team within a leading organization. What You’ll Bring:

• 2-4 years of practical experience in supply chain operations, including supply or inventory planning
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, especially demand and network planning
• Hands-on experience with SAP (preferably APO module) and Blue Yonder SCM tools
• Adept at managing procurement, inventory control, production planning, and logistics functions
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on KPIs, data interpretation, and process improvement
• Effective communicator capable of collaborating across internal teams and external suppliers
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage projects with minimal supervision

Nice to Have:

• Industry experience within regulated environments or global organizations
• Additional certifications in supply chain or logistics
• Familiarity with supply chain software beyond SAP and Blue Yonder

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in supply chain or demand planning roles

Additional Requirements:

• Based in Heerlen, Netherlands, with flexibility for 2-3 days per week in the office
• Availability to start ASAP
