About this role
About the Role Drive Regional Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) for the Vision Care franchise to achieve optimal demand management performance. This role acts as the liaison between local and regional management for all aspects of demand and supply planning, coordinating with Global Supply Chain to meet financial and customer requirements. What You'll Do
- Develop, analyze, and maintain demand forecasts using statistical models and business inputs.
- Monitor forecast accuracy, bias, and demand volatility; recommend continuous improvement actions.
- Support monthly S&OP and demand review processes with APAC country teams and regional stakeholders.
- Analyze historical sales trends, market intelligence, promotional activities, and business events to improve forecast quality and planning effectiveness.
