Job title: Supply Analyst
About the Role The Supply Analyst role focuses on collecting data on supply chain operations and analyzing it to identify efficiency improvements. You will develop and execute projects to enhance supply chain operations and collaborate with shippers, vendors, procurement, logistics and IT to improve service delivery.
What You'll Do
- Collect data on supply chain operations and analyze data to identify areas for efficiency improvement.
- Develop and execute projects to enhance supply chain operations.
- Establish and maintain relationships with shippers and vendors, and establish a supplier reliability matrix.
- Assess vendor operations and enforce compliance with quality standards.
- Measure supply chain performance and report to management.
- Own OTIF improvements by identifying gaps in supply planning operations and driving efficiency.
- Analyze current data and drive improvement projects to reduce STO.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics and IT to enhance service delivery.
What We're Looking For
- BE + Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Operations Management.
- 6-8 years of experience, preferably in supply planning / inventory management in the construction chemical industry.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), advanced Excel, Power BI and data analysis tools.
- Advantage: experience in lean setup.
