About the Role Kavak is seeking a Supply Agent who will help drive national and international operations by developing metrics-based commercial strategies, ensuring KPI compliance, and engaging customers to support growth. This role also involves following up with customers after inspections and managing seller onboarding processes.
What You'll Do
- Create a commercial strategy based on metrics.
- Ensure compliance with commercial, purchasing, shipping and customer KPIs.
- Maintain constant, effective attention to each customer to drive growth.
- Follow up with customers who complete inspections to convert them into purchases.
- Document and execute operational processes for those who want to sell their car.
What We're Looking For
- Experience or demonstrated ability to develop metrics-based commercial strategies.
- Strong focus on customer service and relationship management.
- Ability to follow procedures and document operational processes.
- Proactive, results-oriented with attention to detail.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: 13,000.00 MXN monthly (as listed).
