Job title: Supply Agent
About the Role Supply Agent will create a commercial strategy based on metrics, ensure compliance with commercial, purchasing, shipping and customer KPIs, and maintain constant and effective attention to each customer to drive growth. You will follow up with customers who complete inspections to convert them into purchases and document and execute operational processes for those who want to sell their car, supporting Kavak's national and international operations.

What We're Looking For
- Ability to translate data into actionable commercial strategies and KPIs.
- Customer-focused with strong follow-up and relationship management.
- Familiarity with buying/selling car processes and standard operating procedures.
- Detail-oriented and able to document and follow processes.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: MXN 13,000 per month.
