About the Role Join Kavak as a Supply Agent to help drive national and international operations. You will create a metrics-based commercial strategy and ensure compliance with KPIs across commercial, purchasing, shipping, and customer experience. You will maintain proactive, hands-on engagement with customers to enable growth.
What You'll Do
- Create a commercial strategy based on metrics.
- Ensure compliance with commercial, purchasing, shipping and customer KPIs.
- Provide constant and effective attention to each customer to drive growth.
- Follow up with customers who complete inspections with us to convert them into purchases.
- Follow, document and perform operational processes for those who want to sell their car.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in creating data-driven commercial strategies and achieving KPI targets.
- Strong customer focus with ability to engage and grow customer relationships.
- Ability to document and follow operational processes for selling vehicles.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating across teams.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: 13,000 MXN per month. Vales on a card: MXN 1,056.
