About the Role
Role focused on supporting Kavak's national and international operations as a Supply Agent, building a metrics-driven commercial strategy and ensuring KPI compliance across commercial, purchasing, shipping, and customer success. You will engage with customers, drive growth, and manage end-to-end processes for individuals looking to sell their cars.
What You'll Do
- Create a commercial strategy based on metrics.
- Ensure compliance with commercial, purchasing, shipping and customer KPIs.
- Maintain proactive and personalized attention to each customer to drive ongoing growth.
- Follow up with customers who inspect vehicles to convert them into purchases.
- Document and execute operational processes for customers who want to sell their car.
What We're Looking For
- Data-driven mindset with ability to translate metrics into actionable strategies.
- Strong customer focus and relationship management.
- Experience with KPI tracking and cross-functional collaboration (commercial, purchasing, logistics).
- Ability to follow processes and document procedures.
- Interest/experience in automotive sales or marketplace operations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: 13,000 MXN monthly (approx. 650 USD) plus 1,056 MXN in vales (voucher card).
