About the Role Join Kavak as a Supply Agent to help drive national and international operations through data-driven commercial strategies and robust customer engagement. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with commercial, purchasing, shipping, and customer KPIs while enabling growth by converting inspections into purchases and supporting sellers with efficient processes.
What You'll Do
- Create a commercial strategy based on metrics.
- Ensure compliance with commercial, purchasing, shipping and customer KPIs.
- Constant and effective attention to each customer to generate constant growth.
- Follow up of customers who make inspections with us to convert them into purchases.
- Follow processes, document and perform operational processes for those who want to sell their car.
