About the Role Supply Agent at Kavak focuses on building a data-driven commercial strategy and ensuring KPIs are met across commercial, purchasing, shipping, and customer interactions. You will engage with customers, support the selling and buying process, and help drive growth in a fast-growing company. What You'll Do
- Create a commercial strategy based on metrics.
- Ensure compliance with commercial, purchasing, shipping and customer KPIs.
- Maintain constant and effective attention to each customer to generate constant growth.
- Follow up with customers who make inspections with us to convert them into purchases.
- Follow processes, document and perform operational processes for those who want to sell their car. What We're Looking For
- Ability to develop data-driven commercial strategies and monitor KPIs.
- Strong customer-focused mindset with proactive communication across the sales cycle.
- Experience following documented processes and executing operational steps.
- Demonstrated experience following up with prospects to convert inspections into sales.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: MXN 12,653.68 per month, plus MXN 1,056 in gift card vouchers.
