About this role
Autoliv Thailand, located in Chonburi, is seeking a Supplier Quality Senior Engineer. This role supports Autoliv’s quality goals by leading supplier quality activities for external suppliers and ensuring the successful development, launch, and ongoing performance of supplier components and processes.
Responsibilities

Act as the Project Supplier Quality (SQ) role and main task for external suppliers, aligned with Autoliv Quality Organization standards.

Lead involvement in new component sourcing and development processes, and participate in TFC and CTS processes with Purchasing, Engineering, and Suppliers.

Define and collaborate on CLD with Project Buyer and Engineering; conduct contract reviews with Project Purchasing.

Own the SQP (APQP) process, defining SQP tasks with suppliers and following up to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.

Participate in supplier production trial runs and Run at Rate (RAR) activities per CLD.

Perform audits and PFMEA go-and-see activities as applicable for new projects.

Create and implement ALISQI (eDAR) and ALVS412.

Own PPAP approval (Ref. AS007, AS404, AS100) and escalate SQP delays or deviations according to AS404.

Maintain active connections with APDS project teams (Project Purchasing) and AS007 project teams (Serial Purchasing); participate in Pre-APDS projects through Purchasing.

Own SQP/PPAP for serial changes and replacement tools, ensuring one PPAP is valid for all Autoliv plants.

Support other divisions with supplier onsite project activities when requested.

Maintain AS051 rating for SQP and RESP performance; handle NCMs for the first 90 days after Autoliv SOP.

Keep SQP information updated on Visual board and PLM system.
