Job title: Supplier Quality Engineer (H/F)
About the Role Littelfuse is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to join the Dole site to actively contribute to the control and improvement of our supplier processes and products. You will manage non-conformities, ensure adherence to pre-established quality procedures, participate in updating them within a continuous improvement dynamic, and contribute to Quality training.

What We're Looking For
- Mastery of quality tools, continuous improvement and problem-solving methods
- Reading drawings, ISO standards, functional sizing and use of inspection equipment
- Knowledge of manufacturing process, defects, risks and non-conformity management
- Facilitation of work groups, process optimization, audits and staff training
- Proficiency in office tools and English
