About the Role
This role focuses on implementing and maintaining a Quality Management System in alignment with Brose Group standards within the supplier quality function, ensuring robust supplier processes, problem solving, and KPI-driven performance to achieve quality and cost targets.
What You'll Do
- Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with Brose standards within the supplier quality function.
- Ensure adequate quality processes and systemic controls at the supplier end.
- Drive continual improvement of component quality and processes to achieve supplier performance and customer satisfaction.
- Align with organizational targets and enable sustained, cost-effective quality; recover justifiable costs from suppliers.
- Lead supplier quality issues observed at Brose locations, applying standard problem-solving practices and 8D methodology.
- Manage all supplier-related quality routines (incoming inspection, requalification audits, claim management, layout inspection, process audits).
- Coordinate a transparent reporting system to the functional head with defined KPIs.
- Resolve supplier problems using Q2 notifications, PMP, 8D, and related processes; report and control failure costs using relevant analysis methods.
- Maintain basic knowledge of problem-solving tools and IATF16949 system knowledge.
What We're Looking For
- BE or DME in Mechanical, Automotive, or Production Engineering.
- 4–6 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems per IATF16949 and EMS14001.
- Basic knowledge of problem-solving tools.
- Strong independence in handling supplier quality tasks and driving suppliers to meet Brose requirements; capable of balancing decisions with organizational priorities.

- Agility in tackling customer concerns and coordinating cross-functional teams.
