What are your contributions to the team?
- Lead supplier development initiatives focused on quality, delivery, cost, and compliance performance.
- Assess supplier capability and maturity using audits, performance metrics, and risk assessments in the areas of:
- Planning and logistics
- Manufacturing
- Supply chain management
- Systems and processes
- Organizational capability and people
- Develop and execute Supplier Improvement Plans (SIPs) for underperforming or high-risk suppliers.
- Support onboarding and qualification of new suppliers to aerospace standards and company requirements.
Quality & Compliance
- Support and conduct supplier audits (e.g., AS9100, special processes, NADCAP readiness).
