Supplier Management Senior Consultant II

The Allstate Supplier Management Senior Consultant II is responsible for supporting supplier relationship management, operationalizing supplier processes, and monitoring supplier data across Allstate and National General.

This role serves as a key liaison between supplier partners and internal business teams, translating complex data and insights into actionable recommendations that enable leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to make faster, smarter, data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted consultant to Insurance Product business teams by evaluating supplier solutions and recommending value-added, cost-effective strategies that align with product and business objectives.

  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with supplier partners to drive engagement and performance.

  • Facilitate effective problem-solving and information sharing between business units and supplier partners.

  • Analyze supplier data, market trends, and product performance to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.

  • Partner with business teams to develop, execute, and assess supplier product testing and evaluation initiatives.

  • Collaborate with Sourcing and Procurement teams to maximize the value, utilization, and effectiveness of supplier contracts, data, and services.

  • Advance analytics capabilities and increase transparency of supplier data for internal stakeholders.

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and related technologies.

  • Monitor supplier performance, communicate actionable insights to business leaders, and identify opportunities to optimize business outcomes.

  • Translate data and analytical findings into business strategies that support profitable growth and market share expansion.

  • Communicate complex concepts in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.

  • Influence stakeholders and drive adoption of new processes, technologies, and innovative solutions.

  • Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in supplier management, business consulting, analytics, procurement, insurance, or a related field.

  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools, such as Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Tableau, or similar platforms.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is 68,500.00 – 115,600.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
