- Supplier Development: 50% Category management – Work with and support Procurement’s strategy in establishing supply base that is capable to meet the requirement from various BU across entire company New Product Development – Early involvement to support the activities that are related to supplier and material Material Cost Saving – Support Procurement to develop 2nd source supplier and assure quality performance aligned with operation team On site audit – Risk assessments to new and current suppliers; work with supplier to develop capable and stable manufacturing processes Supplier risk management – Identify risk performed supplier, work with the affected supplier to develop and implement “get-well” plan, until supplier improve the performance
