Key Responsibilities

In this opportunity, as a Payroll Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent technical support to customers who use the Payroll modules of the Domínio system. Your key responsibilities include:

• Provide functional support by phone, ensuring clear, empathetic, and efficient service.

• Answer questions and guide customers with confidence and accuracy, promoting a positive experience.

• Focus on problem resolution and the continuous improvement of the services provided.

• Understand the customer journey and guide customers according to their specific needs.

• Coordinate requests for adjustments and corrections with the Product teams.

• Champion Thomson Reuters values and behaviors in daily activities.

• Stay up to date on the solutions offered and current payroll legislation.

• Required Qualifications For this position, we are looking for professionals with the following skills and experience:

• Must reside in the Greater Curitiba area.

• Completed or ongoing higher education in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. Candidates without a college degree are also welcome to apply—if selected, they will be hired at the Technician level.

• Experience in customer service.

• Ability to work toward targets with a results-oriented mindset.

• Adaptability to structured processes and well-organized routines.

• Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork skills.

• Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Payroll.

• Previous experience with the Domínio solution.
