- Must have proven experience working in a high-end lounge or restaurant.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to manage daily restaurant/lounge operations effectively.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality standards, service quality and guest experience.
- Professional, confident and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
