About the Role As a Supervisor Zona Norte, you will be part of our Marketing team working as a hybrid employee. You will supervise and coordinate a team of sales promoters specialized in power tools, hand tools and accessories, ensuring the achievement of established objectives. You will direct and motivate the team, providing training and ongoing support to maximize product knowledge and individual and team performance. You will establish and maintain solid relationships with customers and points of sale, ensuring proper display and promotion of tools. What You'll Do
