Molex Taiwan is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and ensure safe, efficient, and compliant execution of inbound, outbound, inventory, and logistics activities. This role is responsible for warehouse team management, operational performance, KPI achievement, 3PL coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives to support customer satisfaction and business objectives.
Our Team
This position is part of the Taiwan Supply Chain organization and works closely with Customer Service, Planning, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality, Transportation, and external 3PL warehouse providers. The Warehouse Supervisor will lead warehouse personnel and drive operational excellence across receiving, storage, inventory control, shipping, and distribution activities.
What You Will Do
- Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, inventory control, and material flow.
- Manage and develop warehouse team members, including work assignments, training, and SOP compliance.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counting, reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution.
- Monitor warehouse KPIs such as inventory accuracy, on-time shipment, productivity, and quality.
- Manage 3PL providers and coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues.
- Drive continuous improvement, warehouse automation, and process/system enhancement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety requirements, company policies, and import/export procedures.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of warehouse, logistics, or supply chain experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory/team leadership role.
- Experience in 3PL management, dropship, and import/export operations.
- Familiar with warehouse KPI management, inventory control, cycle count, and shipping processes.
- ERP experience; SAP / WMS experience preferred.
- Proficient in Excel; Power BI or other digital tools is a plus.
- Good English communication skills, TOEIC 700+ or equivalent.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience in multinational manufacturing or electronics industries.
- Experience with SAP WM/EWM or other Warehouse Management Systems.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Power BI, Power Automate, AI, or warehouse automation solutions.
