About the Role The Hershey Company is seeking a Supervisor to oversee routine technical work, reinforce safety and procedural compliance, and support daily production operations. The role involves guiding a team, ensuring consistent execution of routine tasks, and escalating non-routine issues to higher-level leaders. What You'll Do

• Supervise Routine Technical Work: The Supervisor assigns daily tasks to team members and verifies timely completion; monitors work closely and resolves minor issues to maintain predictable workflow and stable operations.
• Schedule and Prioritize Daily Tasks: Build daily work schedules based on operational needs and staffing; adjust to production changes or resource constraints to maintain efficient task execution and equipment readiness.
• Coach and Guide Team Members: Provide direction on proper task execution and reinforce adherence to procedures; help team members build foundational technical and safety habits.
• Oversee Routine Maintenance and Equipment Support: Ensure routine tasks—such as basic checks, adjustments, and minor repair activities—are performed safely and correctly; escalate issues beyond routine scope to a Team Lead or Manager.
• Enforce Safety and Procedure Compliance: Verify PPE use and adherence to safety policies; correct unsafe behaviors and support continuous reinforcement of safe work practices. What We're Looking For
• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing/operations or a similar role.
• Experience supervising routine technical work and guiding a team.
• Ability to build daily work schedules and adapt to production changes.
• Strong focus on safety, PPE compliance, and adherence to procedures.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to escalate issues when needed.
