The Retail Engagement Supervisor will oversee field sales and trade marketing activities across All Over Indonesia, driving product visibility and building strong relationships with General Trade and Modern Trade partners across North Sumatra, South Sumatra, West Java, Jabodetabek, Central Java, and East Indonesia. This role offers opportunities to lead and shape in-market execution in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment.
What You'll Do
- Plan, monitor, and control the implementation of trade marketing activities.
- Manage, implement, and evaluate territory and channel strategy to ensure excellent execution in line with outlets’ potency and consumer preference.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with all stakeholders.
