About the Role

Be part of PMI's mission to deliver a smoke-free future. The Retail Engagement Supervisor will oversee field sales and trade marketing activities across All Over Indonesia, driving product visibility and building strong relationships with General Trade and Modern Trade partners across North Sumatra, South Sumatra, West Java, Jabodetabek, Central Java, and East Indonesia. This role offers opportunities to lead and shape in-market execution in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment.

What You'll Do

• Plan, monitor, and control the implementation of trade marketing activities.
• Manage, implement, and evaluate territory and channel strategy to ensure excellent execution in line with outlets’ potency and consumer preference.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with all stakeholders.
• Support and lead field sales functions including territory management, distributor processes, salesman productivity, and execution excellence.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major with minimum GPA 3.00.
• Minimum 3 years' work experience in field sales with supervisory experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Good analytical thinking, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Proven leadership and organizational savvy.
• Fast learner and able to work with minimal guidance and supervision.
• Understanding of field sales functions (territory management, distributor business process, salesman productivity, execution excellence).
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and comfortable dealing with numerical data.
• Driving license (SIM) type A.
• Passionate about working in the field and being placed across All Over Indonesia.
