Job Description
- Process Improvement & Digitalization - NGBA steering & associated improvements: As the global point of contact for G-EDM Quality Management and PS&R processes, lead & participate in the development, optimization and automation of processes related to QM and PS&R. Guide functional leads across countries to define the NGBA end-state solution and finalize process models. Conduct regular analysis of existing processes, IT environment, and align with best practices.
- Change Management - Technical & Organizational: Identify global/country specific features and enable NGBA workshops for Quality Management and PS&R. Drive role-based training for users across G-EDM. Develop user documentation, process descriptions, guidelines, and procedural instructions.
