Job title: Supervisor Principal de Preparacion
About the Role A supervisory role within ALS's Preparation function based in Lima, Peru, supporting ALS's global testing capabilities and the delivery of data-driven insights to build a healthier future.
What You'll Do
- Oversee day-to-day preparation activities in the laboratory to ensure timely and accurate sample preparation for testing.
- Lead and develop the preparation team, manage workloads, and enforce safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with lab scientists and clients to understand requirements and deliver data-driven insights.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in laboratory preparation or related field; prior supervisory or team‑lead experience.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and collaboration skills.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and ethical standards.
- Eligibility to work in Peru (citizen or permanent resident or valid working visa).
