Supervisor on Duty - Operations

Aviapartner is seeking motivated Supervisor on Duty - Area Operations - to join our Airside department in Fiumicino Airport.

Part of the activities carried out by the Supervisor on Duty - Area Operations - are:

• Ensure the operational continuity of the Operations area by guiding the behaviors of staff to meet company standards and comply with airport regulations, Safety, Security, Health and Safety 81/08, and Quality.

• Manages and supervises the staff on duty in the department;

• It guarantees the necessary technical and knowledge support for resolving the current operational issues;

• Provides the necessary equipment for the staffs in order to ensure operations are conducted in compliance with safety requirements;

• Supports the management of the administrative process to handle sick leaves, vacations requests, etc.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Weight and Balance processes;

• Team Building, Team Working, and interpersonal relationship skills;

• Assertiveness, emergency management, problem solving, stress management;

• Coordination and leadership skills to ensure the required quality standards, with a professional, punctual, and correct performance;

• Human Resources coordination;

• Customer and results orientation;

• Knowledge and use of IT support;

• High school diploma/degree;

• Excellent knowledge of English;

• Well-groomed and tidy appearance, in line with the reference context;

• Driving licence (B) and car owner.
