Location: Port Harcourt - Rivers Employment Type: Full-time

Summary We are looking for a responsible, organized, and proactive Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure that staff carry out their duties efficiently and to the required standard.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of staff.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and overall performance.
• Ensure assigned duties are completed properly and on schedule.
• Supervise housekeepers and ensure rooms/facilities are clean and properly maintained.
• Inspect completed work and ensure company standards are maintained.
• Report operational issues, staff concerns, and maintenance needs to management.
• Assist with staff scheduling and coordination.
• Ensure proper use and handling of company supplies and equipment.
• Resolve minor staff or operational issues and escalate major concerns to management.
• Maintain good communication between staff and management.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate from a recognized institution.
• Previous supervisory or team-lead experience is required.
• Experience working in a hotel, shortlet apartment, hospitality, or similar environment is an added advantage.
• Experience supervising housekeepers/cleaning staff is an added advantage.
• Must be organized, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to monitor staff and ensure tasks are completed properly.
• Must be trustworthy, proactive, and attentive to details.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities.

Salary

N100,000 Monthly.
