Description

• We are currently seeking a competent and dependable Supervisor to oversee staff activities and ensure that daily operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate should be able to coordinate staff, monitor their performance, inspect completed tasks, and communicate operational issues to management when necessary.

• Key Duties

• Coordinate and supervise staff during daily operations.

• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and conduct.

• Ensure housekeepers carry out their assigned duties properly and on time.

• Inspect rooms and facilities to ensure they meet the required cleanliness and service standards.

• Follow up on incomplete or poorly executed tasks.

• Keep management informed about staff performance, operational challenges, and maintenance issues.

• Assist in preparing and managing staff schedules.

• Monitor the proper use of cleaning materials, equipment, and other company supplies.

• Address routine staff issues and report serious concerns to management.

• Maintain clear communication between management and staff.

• Ensure workplace rules and operational procedures are followed.

• Carry out other supervisory responsibilities assigned by management.

• Candidate Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s Degree/HND from a recognized institution.

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team-lead role.

• Candidates with experience in hotels, shortlet apartments, hospitality, or facility operations will have an advantage.

• Previous experience managing or supervising housekeeping/cleaning personnel is an added advantage.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to give clear instructions and follow up on assigned tasks.

• Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

• Must be reliable, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be willing to take responsibility for staff coordination and daily operations.

Salary

N100,000 per month.
