Job Detail
- Execute customer service management activities and day-to-day doings of the department staff.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Interact with customers. Being friendly and courteous
- Keep their eyes on a lot of elements: food standards, costs, safety, etc.
- Leaders in the kitchen, rallying their team during heavy shifts, resolving conflicts and getting the job done.
- Not only deal with food, they also have to deal with costs, pricing, creating work schedules and more.
- Keep work schedules, shipments, cleaning schedules and more organized.
- Deal with employee conflict, irate customers and wrong stock orders
- Able to come up with a solution quickly
- Need to accurately and easily communicate standards and cooking methods to staff, give orders and speak with customers clearly.
- Ensure Hygiene and housekeeping at workplace
- Manager subordinates and coordinate
Requirements
- Good organizational, strong supervisory and interpersonal skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills and detail oriented
- Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and handle challenging work demands and tight schedules
- Able to handle many diverse tasks simultaneously and be able to work effectively
- Demonstrate ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Soft skills/personality: outgoing, meticulous, quick learner
- Able to make timely decisions in a high pressure environment
- Good understanding of industry standards and requirements.
- Strong attentive to details, a creative thinker and a good team player
