Supervisor General de Producción

Objective of the role

• Direct, coordinate and control the execution of the different fronts of work, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, schedule, cost and productivity standards established by the project. Must guarantee adequate work planning, resource availability and coordination between own teams, subcontractors and support areas.

Main responsibilities

• Supervisar integralmente los frentes de construcción asignados.

• Organizar las actividades diarias y semanales de producción.

• Controlar avances, rendimientos, recursos y cumplimiento del programa.

• Garantizar la correcta aplicación de procedimientos de seguridad y calidad.

• Coordinar personal, materiales, maquinaria, equipos y empresas colaboradoras.

• Academic background Professional degree in:

• Ingeniería Civil.

• Ingeniería Civil en Obras Civiles.

• Construcción Civil.

• Ingeniería en Construcción.

• Carrera técnica afín, acompañada de experiencia comprobable en obras de alta complejidad.

• Experience required Consolidated experience in supervision and execution of civil works of large scale, ideally in:

• Underground works, tunnels, shafts and stations.

• Railway or Metro infrastructure.

• Underground mining.

• Road, hydraulic or industrial infrastructure.

• EPC contracts or concessions.

• Experience leading supervisors, foremen, crews and subcontractor companies, and ability to manage multiple fronts of work simultaneously.

• Technical knowledge

• Construction methods and underground works.

• Excavations, supports, concreting and waterproofing.

• Interpretation of plans and technical specifications.

• Production planning and control.

• Control of yields, resources and costs.

• Computational knowledge

• MS Office, especially Excel at intermediate or advanced level.

• AutoCAD.

• Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.

• SAP or other ERP system.

• Power BI.

• Certifications desirable

• Working at heights.

• First aid.

• Fire extinguishers.
