Supervisor: Foreman

About the Role Lead on-site pipe-laying operations for storm drainage, sanitation sewers, drains, and water mains on Ferrovial/Webber construction projects. This role emphasizes technical execution, safety, and team leadership to deliver reliable infrastructure solutions on complex civil works. What You'll Do

• Lay pipe for storm drainage, sanitation sewers, drains, and water mains.
• Perform trench or culvert grading, position pipe, and seal joints.
• Install and repair sanitary and stormwater sewer structures and pipe systems.
• Connect pipe pieces and seal joints using cement or glue (excluding welding, cutting, or soldering trades).
• Install and use instruments such as lasers, grade rods, and transit levels to check slopes and alignments.
• Cut pipes to required lengths and align/position pipes for sealing.
• Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures; report unsafe activities to supervisor or HR.
• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals; provide leadership by example.
• Perform other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For
• English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to move throughout a construction jobsite, including climbing ladders and inclines, operating heavy equipment, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Knowledge and adherence to safety policies and procedures (Safety Manual).
• Education: less than a High School Diploma.
• Experience: three or more years of related construction experience preferred.
• Physical Activity Level: Heavy physical activity; manual dexterity to reach and handle items; ability to perceive attributes of objects and materials.
• Working Conditions: Outdoor exposure to changing weather; loud work environment; exposure to extreme temperatures, wet/humid conditions, moving parts.
