Objetivo:
Supervisar que los servicios que entren al área por no poder ser entregados por alguna ruta local o tengan un acta administrativa sean coordinados al domicilio de destinatario, alguna sucursal de Estafeta o bien como devolución a remitente.
Actividades:
- Manejo de KPI´s semanales y mensuales
- Análisis y proyecciones de RS para toma de decisiones en el área
- Trabajo en equipo y seguimiento con el equipo de ultima milla
- Administración de suministros operativos
- Capacitación y supervisión de actividades diarias en el área
- Control y llenado de bases de seguimiento diarias
Requerimientos:
- Licenciatura concluida
- 2 años de experiencia
