Funciones
- Supervisar y coordinar las actividades de los Ingenieros de Servicio en Campo, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de servicio y atención al cliente.
- Mantener actualizado el sistema de administración de casos (SIS), garantizando el registro correcto y oportuno de las actividades de servicio.
- Brindar atención y seguimiento 24/7 a cuentas clave (Key Accounts), asegurando una respuesta oportuna a requerimientos y contingencias.
- Planificar y preparar las misiones de servicio, coordinando recursos, personal y logística necesaria para su correcta ejecución.
- Informar de manera periódica el estatus de los servicios a los clientes, asegurando una comunicación clara y oportuna.
- Proporcionar retroalimentación a los clientes sobre los hallazgos detectados durante las intervenciones de servicio.
