Supervisor de Pisos y Ama de Llaves

About the Role As a Supervisor in the Rooms and Housekeeping area in Menorca, you will oversee cleaning standards and ensure hygiene, order and maintenance of guest rooms during your shift. You will work closely with the Housekeeping Manager to supervise tasks, inspect rooms, and uphold brand standards to deliver a flawless guest experience. What You'll Do

• Direct, control and monitor the tasks assigned by the Housekeeping Manager.
• Inspect vacant and occupied rooms to ensure cleaning and maintenance standards meet brand standards.
• Supervise the order and cleanliness of the housekeeping carts at the start, during, and end of the shift.
• Assist staff with daily needs.
• Prepare checklists for room inspections.
• Inform housekeepers about VIPs, cleaning schedules, complaints, follow-ups and daily deep cleaning plans.
• Review rooms and common areas.
• Ensure equipment under your charge complies with safety procedures, cleaning protocols, eco-program, chemical usage, energy-saving programs, and brand standards.
• With the Assistant Housekeeping Manager, manage staff and assign daily workload.
• Maintain master keys, equipment, supplies, and materials, ensuring adequate stock. What We're Looking For
• Experience in hotel housekeeping or related hospitality field with leadership/supervisory responsibilities.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate a team, with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to inspect rooms to ensure standards.
• Knowledge of safety procedures, cleaning protocols, chemical handling, and eco-friendly programs.
