Principales tareas y responsabilidades:
- Supervisar planes de mantenimiento de equipos, instalaciones y servicios críticos.
- Coordinar proveedores, órdenes de trabajo y atención de incidencias técnicas.
- Verificar cumplimiento de normas de seguridad, calidad y operación hospitalaria.
- Dar seguimiento a indicadores, bitácoras, inventario y consumo de refacciones.
- Liderar al equipo técnico y priorizar actividades según urgencia operativa.
Requisitos:
- Experiencia en supervisión de mantenimiento, facility management o servicios generales.
- Conocimiento en mantenimiento eléctrico, hidráulico, HVAC y obra.
- Manejo de indicadores, planeación de rutinas y control de proveedores.
