Job Description
Support of User Experience for internal clients attending all rqs where the clients (accounts and potentials) need value, velocity, visibility.
The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the continuous operation, maintenance, security, and optimization of company facilities and critical infrastructure across all sites. This role supports internal clients by delivering value, visibility, and responsiveness through effective facilities management, critical systems maintenance, space planning, vendor coordination, and infrastructure projects.
The position leads the planning and scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance activities, supports site implementations and expansions, coordinates vendor services, and ensures compliance with safety, security, and operational standards. Additionally, this role provides guidance and support to facility technicians while overseeing critical building systems including UPS, generators, HVAC, access control, CCTV, fire protection systems, and other site infrastructure.
