About the Role

As Supervisor de Fabricação, you will lead the workshop in Três Lagoas, ensuring production activities align with PPCP planning, drive efficiency, and support continuous improvement across the manufacturing process. You will supervise teams, manage supplier relationships, and collaborate with quality and HR to achieve targets, while ensuring safety and ISO standards compliance. What You'll Do

• Supervise and organize the workshop and monitor activities according to PPCP planning.

• Allocate tasks to subordinates according to procedures to meet schedules.

• Provide technical service to customers to diagnose problems and perform repairs.

• Visit suppliers to analyze machines/services and conditions/specifications.

• Suggest, plan, and implement process/facility improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.

• Interview and screen candidates as part of the recruitment process for areas of responsibility.

• Conduct performance evaluations for development of personnel within responsibility areas.

• Participate in internal training programs, delivering lectures and courses.

• Monitor KPIs and present monthly results to leadership, developing action plans for underperforming indicators.

• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and disciplinary norms; adhere to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001.

• Perform other related activities as directed by supervisor. What We're Looking For

• Technical training in Mechanical or a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Production Engineering.

• Knowledge in People Management, Process Management, Production Processes, and Process Simulation.

• Proficiency in SAP and AutoCAD.

• Intermediate Excel and knowledge of Quality Systems and Quality Tools.

• Intermediate English and basic Spanish.

• Experience or willingness to supervise manufacturing teams and interact with customers and suppliers.
