Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and team performance.
• Ensure product quality and standards are consistently met.
• Implement and maintain quality control processes.
• Coordinate with production, sales, and other departments.
• Drive efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum qualifications in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Fashion, Textile Management, or a related field).

• Proven experience in a supervisory or quality control role (fashion/garment industry is an added advantage).

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility.

• Salary Range

• ₦250,000 – ₦300,000 monthly.
